About this course
This course exists because the gap it crosses is real and nobody owns it. Admin content stops at Flow; developer content assumes you already know what a compiler is. If you have ever built a forty-element Flow and thought “there has to be a shorter way to say this” — there is, and it takes about two hours to learn the shape of it.

A free Developer Edition org, a laptop, and one honest admission: the canvas was starting to fight you.
What you will not get
A career change in two hours. This gets you to reading production Apex comfortably and writing small triggers safely — which is the point where every developer you work with becomes twice as useful to you, because you can finally meet them halfway.

Do I need to know another programming language first?
No — the course maps every concept onto a Flow concept you already use. Knowing JavaScript makes lesson four faster; nothing requires it.
Will this get me through the Platform Developer I exam?
Not alone. It gets you to the point where PD1 study materials make sense, which is the gap most people actually fall into.
Why is a lesson missing a video?
Some things teach better as worksheets than screencasts — the collections lesson is deliberately reading-first.
